All proposed renewable energy developments in Queensland require distinct approvals from Local, State and Federal Government authorities.

Bungaban Wind is now being assessed via the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act, which is designed to protect nationally significant plants, animals, ecology and heritage places.

Feedback received during the public comment period will inform updates to project documentation, prior to final submission for approval later in the year.
